A. Before order: Details information of your customers is needed when you place the orders. Such as consignee‘s name, detail address with Room NO.,Street,District,city,country,post code and phone NO. C. After shipment: You will receive the mail about the tracking number from WSDear after shipment. You can also check it in “My Orders” in your user center. Please note that we can assure the shipping time but the exactly deliver day depends on the third part Express Company which WSDear cannot be sure. The arrival time listed on our site is only workable under normal condition.

D. Parcel receiving: Please inform your customers to check the parcel quantity carefully before signing as received. We won't accept the missing shipment without the evidence offered by the third part (such as the invoice from the Express)

E. After-sale problem: Request of refund because of human destruction of the parcels is not accepted. Please offer evident photos if there is any quality problem. We will refund you after checking according to the condition of the problem. A refund of the products that have no quality problem is also acceptable. But you need to send back the products to us and you will responsible for the shipping fee of both direction.
