We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy so you can shop with confidence! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Conditions for Free Returns & Exchanges

We will be responsible for return postage or replacement costs if:

1. Damaged or defective products.
2. Wrong size (For example, you ordered large size, but received small size for wrong.)
3. Wrong or lost shipment (For lost shipment, we will resend a new package or issue a full refund.)

Conditions for Customer-Paid Returns & Exchanges

You will be responsible for return postage or replacement costs if:

1. Personal reasons due to personal taste, changed mind, etc.
2. The product is not suitable or no longer want it.
3. Purchased the wrong item or chose the wrong size for the product.

Non-Returnable Items

1. We will not accept returns for items that have been used or have the tags removed.
2. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.

How to return or exchange an item?

Step 1

Please contact our customer service firstly if you want to return or exchange items. We will do our best to help you and provide you with return details. The customer service email address is [email protected]. Our customer service will reply and confirm your return request eligibility in 1 business day.

Step 2

For Return

Please return the product to the following address by postal service and email us the return tracking number. For customers returning product, we will issue the full refund in 7 business days after we receive and check the return. And the refund will arrive the customer’s original PayPal or credit card account in about 7 business days after we issue the refund.

For Exchange

For customers who need to exchange product, we will send out new packages within 7 business days after receiving the return package.

Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request via email([email protected]) once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. 

Refund Policy

We will offer a refund of items you have returned in 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned package. The refund will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account you used to purchase the item(s). Usually, it will take you about 7 business days to receive the refund.
