Wsdear.com currently only ship to United States. We work with trusted shipping carriers including DHL, Fedex and USPS to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

1. Total Delivery Time = HandlingTime + Transit Time

Handling time: Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-3 business days and is excluded in the overall "delivery time".

Wsdear partners with major shipping companies like DHL, Fedex and USPS to offer three shipping methods. All packages are shipped from China.

3. Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you within 1-3 business days after placing your order. You can also track your order status by logging into "My Account" and clicking on "My Orders".

Please note:

(1). All estimated delivery times are based on past data and are approximate references only.
(2). Public holidays may cause delays as manufacturers and couriers operate on limited schedules. We are not responsible for delays due to public holidays.

4. Order Cancellations

(1). You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at [email protected].
(2). If you cancel your order more than 12 hours after purchase but before it ships, you will receive a partial refund minus a 15% processing fee.
(3). We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped.

5. About Tax
